This container is made from Sycamore stands 5” tall and 2” round. The shape of the top was made to mimic the cupola on top of the Russian church here in Kodiak, Alaska.

This container is made of walnut and Spalted Maple 4” round 2” tall, the container was turned on a lathe and the lid has Spalted Maple inlaid into the top. 

 This container is made from Striped Ebony stands 5” tall and 2” round. The shape of the top was made to mimic the cupola on top of the Russian church here in Kodiak, Alaska.

This container is made from spruce 6” long 2” round, this container was first turned on a lathe and then the flower was carved by hand after the turning was complete. 

This piece was designed for the container show at the Northwest Fine Woodworking Gallery in Pioneer Square, Seattle. The base is turned moose antler and the lid is turned African Blackwood with a ring of Moose Antler inlaid into it.

The ball was hollowed on the lathe the whole in the top from which it was hollowed is only 7/8 of an inch round the wall thicknesses are ¼ of an inch thick. The lid is made of African Blackwood and Tulipwood.
